Japan: A scalp rub can reverse thinning
Are you curious about Japanese beauty secrets? To treat hair loss, they often resort to "head spas". They work in two ways: The exfoliating scrub removes buildup and the massage increases blood flow to the follicles, encouraging healthy hair growth.

Swiss spas use heated stones to massage the legs of swollen or achy ankles. Massage helps to move and expel stagnant fluids.
You can see it for yourself! Let cool stones, such as Bacaby Extra Large Hot Stones ($21.90, Amazon) under hot water for at least two minutes. Start by placing a stone on the ankle. Next, move the stone up to the knee using long strokes. Repeat this 10 times per leg.
